摘要
随着全球化的飞速发展,跨文化商务沟通正在成为一个越来越普遍的现象。本文主要讨论中国和美国之间的商务交流的差异,从而找出中国和美国,及其对贸易活动响力之间的文化差异。本文指出,要成功地进行跨文化贸易活动,除了扎实的商务技巧,更重要的是要搞清楚并理解你自己的文化以及外国方的文化,并有效地将所学的文化背景知识运用于实际的贸易活动之中。在中美跨文化商务活动中占据着主导地位和重要地位,要取得成功,就必须了解中美文化的差异,从而减少和避免文化差异的认识上的差异,避免文化差异带来的贸易活动的失败。

Abstract
With the rapid development of globalization and international trade, cross cultural business communication has become a common phenomenon. This paper tries to explore the differences of international trade between China and the United states. This means to find out the cultural differences between China and the United states, and to shows its impact on business. The author indicates that to be successful in an intercultural business activity, apart from the solid business skills, what is more important is to figure out and know about your own culture as well as the cultures of foreigners, and to employ what you have learned about the culture into practical business activity. In order to take the initiative in the China-US cross-cultural trade and achieve the success, we must realize the cultural differences between China and the US, trying to reduce misunderstandings and frictions in the process and avoid the failure of the business.
