A Cultural Comparison of Housing in China and America
摘要
由于中美两国经济发展水平不同,文化不同,使得两国在住房方面也存在较大差异。为了让人们能够更加了解中美两国住房现状,以及在住房消费观念上的差异,使留学生或者移民在选择住房时就有所依据,有助于他们选择更加适合自己的住房,本文从分析中美两国住房现状的差异入手,比较住房消费观念的差异,并探究造成差异的原因。不难发现,中美两国在住房方面的差异是很明显的,无论是从住房的外观结构上,还是住房的消费观念上都存在着很大的差异。

Abstract
Because the different level of economic development and different cultures in China and the United States, so that the two countries also have a big difference in the terms of housing, In order to allow people to know more about the housing situation and the differences on housing consumption concept in China and America, it can let international students or immigrants have a reference when they choose a house. Let them choose more suitable houses. Firstly this paper analyzes the different housing situation in China and America, and then compares the differences in housing consumption concept. Finally, this paper explores the reasons of the differences. It is not difficult to find that the differences between China and America in terms of housing, it is very clear. There are large differences in housing, whether the appearance of the housing structure or the housing consumption concept.
