A Study of the Development of Outsourcing in the Coastal Areas of China

摘要

服务外包是指企业为了将有限资源专注于其核心竞争力，利用外部专业服务商的知识劳动力，来完成原来由企业内部完成的工作，从而达到降低成本、提高效率、提升企业对市场环境应变能力并优化企业核心竞争力的一种服务模式。

本文重点分析沿海城市的服务外包发展，包括服务外包的起源、服务外包的定义、服务外包的分类、发展服务外包的优势、沿海地区服务外包发展现状以及存在的问题、解决问题的措施、以及发展服务外包的意义等，为其他地区的发展服务外包提供借鉴参考。

Abstract

Service outsourcing is a service model that helps enterprises to achieve lower costs, improvement of efficiency, enhancement of response abilities to market environment, and optimization of core competitiveness by focusing its limited resources on its core competitiveness, and using knowledge and labor provided from external professional service vendors to complete work that originally finished by the internal of the enterprises. 

The paper gives emphasis to analyze the development of service outsourcing in the coastal cities, including the origin of outsourcing, the definition of outsourcing, the classification of outsourcing, the advantages of developing service outsourcing, the development of service outsourcing in coastal cities, the problems of developing service outsourcing in coastal areas, the measures to solve the problems of developing service outsourcing, and the significance of developing service outsourcing,etc.. That can provide the references for developing service outsourcing in other areas.
