The Distinguished Features and Development of Tea Culture between China and U.K
摘要
茶文化起源于中国,在中国得已发展的同时,在其他国家也得到延续和发展,例如英国。中国茶文化有5000年历史,源远流长,随着时间的推移,中国茶文化形成了其独特历史感和韵味。中国有六大主要的茶叶种类:绿茶,青茶,白茶,红茶,黄茶,黑茶。还有各种富有特色的少数民族茶,不同的民族饮茶的习惯和礼仪也各不相同,但正是这种不同形成了中国的民族茶文化。而英国茶文化虽然没有悠久的历史,但在短短几百年内也铸造了优秀而富有魅力的英国特色茶文化。英国人酷爱红茶,还创造了英国至今闻名的“下午茶”文化。茶文化在英国得到发展,在中国得到升华,何尝不是全球化的一种表现。茶文化在中国产生,在英国的到发展,不管是哪个国家的茶文化,都为世界茶文化增添了光彩,大家相辅相成,共同发展。

Abstract
Tea culture originated in China, and had a good development in China. Chinese tea culture has existed for 5000 years. Through the long period, Chinese tea culture formed its unique charm and sense. Chinese tea has six main types: green tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea, black tea, dark tea. What’s more, there are also many tea types of national minorities. Different area has different habit and custom. Because of these various tea habits and customs, Chinese tea culture becomes colorful and amazing.
However, tea culture is not the patent of China. It was developed in China, at the same time, in other countries, for instance, the United Kingdom. Although U.K did not have a long history of tea culture, just a few hundred years, U.K created excellent and attractive characteristics of British tea culture. British favorite tea is Black Tea, and Britain has also created the famous tea culture---afternoon tea. It has also been developed into a custom of British culture.
The development of tea culture in China and U.K is a performance of the globalization. Tea culture originated in China, and developed in the U.K. They all make the global tea culture become more and more colorful.
