摘要

在贸易便利化的实践中，世界上许多国家逐步将简化、协调和标准化结合起来，充分利用现代信息技术、网络技术、通信技术、计算机技术和标准化理论，逐步形成目前的单一窗口贸易模式。正是这一国际贸易的单一窗口，为各国的贸易带来了极大的便利，创造了巨大的经济价值，搭建了国与国之间的直接桥梁，引领全球经济进入了一个新的高峰。然而，我国的单开窗建设却十分缓慢，甚至停滞不前。这方面的研究才刚刚开始。通过收集数据，了解我国单一窗口的发展现状，以及单一窗口的发展对我国贸易的好处。另一个目标是解决中国单一窗口建设中的一系列问题。本文运用比较分析的方法，结合国外单一窗口施工的成功经验，提出了一系列改善现状的措施。疫情的突然爆发给我国单一窗口建设带来了新的变化。抓住机遇，大力推进单一窗口建设，需要进一步学习现有规则和做法，进一步推进平台建设，加强法制建设，完善数据目录，深化与民营企业合作力争尽快在我国建立单一窗口体系。
