商务英语报告写作技巧_英语论文
Writing Skills for Business English Report
摘要
2001年我国正式加入世贸组织,至此以后,我国逐步扩大参与国际竞争的力度,学习世界各国的文化和语言。如今全球经济一体化步伐不断加快,国际贸易日渐频繁,英语作为国际贸易中使用最广泛的语言,其重要性日益凸显。商务英语专业旨在培养具有较强的国际商务活动能力和英语运用能力, 能适应国际市场激烈竞争的应用型人才。在商务英语的各种技能之中, 商务英语写作能力, 特别是商务报告的撰写能力越来越引起用人单位的重视。撰写各类商务报告已经成为商业活动的基本工作内容之一 , 也是商务英语专业学生的必备技能。本文首先通过对商务英语报告语言特点的分析和研究,总结出其撰写技巧,接着就商务英语报告写作过程中可能出现的难点,提出了合理有效的解决策略,以期为学习商务英语报告的写作者和正在从事或即将从事撰写商务英语报告的商务人士提供一定的指导和借鉴,并能促进学习者在实践中不断丰富和提高商务报告文体的欣赏和写作等能力,进而为此领域的进一步研究积累一定的经验。

Abstract
In 2001, China officially entered the WTO. Henceforward, China gradually expanded its participation in international competition, learning from different cultures and languages in the word. Nowadays, the pace of global economic integration is accelerating and cross-cultural exchange is becoming more and more frequent. English is the most widely language used in international trade, its importance is becoming increasingly prominent. The business English major aims at cultivating such applied talents as the strong ability to do the international business activities, using English in daily life and adapting to the fierce competition in the international market. Among the various skills that business English requires, the ability of business English writing, especially the writing skills of business reports, has attracted more and more attention from business companies. The writing of various kinds of business reports has become one of the basic works in business activities. It is also an essential skill for students who are learning business English. This paper first analyzes and studies the features of the language in business English report, then it summarizes its writing skills and puts forward some reasonable and effective solutions in the process of writing business English report. It is hoped that some guidance and references can be provided to the people who are studying to write business English report and to the businessmen who are engaged in writing or are about to write business report. Besides, the paper is expected to promote and enrich the learners’ ability to appreciate and write business report in practice, so that they could accumulate experience for further research in this area.
