本文从双赢原则在国际商务谈判活动中应用角度出发,分析了双赢原则在国际商务谈判活动中,实施的重要性,难点和原因及方法。首先去了解双赢原则在国际商务谈判的重要性,采取什么样的谈判手段、方法和原则来达到谈判的结果,对各方都是有利的,这是商务谈判的实质性追求。然后通过文献以及网络资源了解到企业在使用双赢原则时会存在的一些误区,科学性,整合性,以及客观公正性不足。接着研究为什么广大企业广泛去认同双赢原则在商务谈判中的重要性。最后通过一系列的研究并结合自身理解,提出自己对于更好的将双赢原则应用于商务谈判活动中的方法。
