An Analysis of the Art of Language Expression in Business English Negotiations

摘要

随着经济全球化时代的来临，国际商务谈判的重要性不言而喻。商务谈判的最终目的就是双方达成协议，使交易成功从而获得双赢，而灵活运用语言表达艺术是实现预期谈判目标的重要保障，此外，有效的语言表达能化解矛盾和冲突，最终获得双赢。因此，对商务英语谈判中的语言表达艺术进行研究具有重大意义。本文首先论述了商务英语谈判中语言表达艺术的重要作用，其次结合实例讨论了商务英语谈判中语言表达艺术策略及其运用，接着提出了商务英语谈判中语言表达需要注意的事项，最后总结归纳研究价值。

Abstract

With the advent of the era of economic globalization, the importance of international business negotiation is self-evident. The ultimate goal of business negotiations is to reach an agreement between two sides, making a successful deal for a win-win situation. The flexible art of language expression is important to guarantee the realization of expected negotiation targets.Besides,effective language expression is helpful to dissolve the contradiction and conflict. The study of the art of language expression is of great significance to successful business negotiations.This paper firstly discusses the importance of the art of language expression in business English negotiation.Secondly, it discusses the tactics and application of language expression in business English negotiation,and then puts forward the matters that we need to pay attention to in language expression in business English negotiation.Finally it summarizes the value of research.
