摘要
随着经济的迅速发展,世界各个国家之间的交流变得日益密切。作为一种重要的交流方式,商务信函在当今的商务合作和发展中有着举足轻重的作用。从功能的角度按交际目的出发,商务信函种类繁多,还盘信也是其中一种。我们都知道,礼貌是为人处事,与人交往的一个重要原则,在商务信函的撰写中同样如此。商务信函的特殊商业意义决定了商务信函的研究不只是停留在单纯的理论层面上,而应站在更高角度,做到灵活运用。本文在分析礼貌原则的基础之上,以策略、大方、赞誉、谦虚、一致和同情这六条准则为标准,对具体的商务还盘信函中存在的问题进行简要的分析并指出相应的修改方式,旨在探讨礼貌原则在商务还盘信函撰写过程中的重要作用以及应用。希望通过对此课题的研究,能够对商务还盘信函的撰写有一定的启示。
