摘要
本文以商务英语函电中的出口商为研究对象,基于Spencer-Oatey的人际关系管理理论与Simon的身份建构论,从人称代词、语气类型、委婉语等语言策略去分析出口商如何构建礼貌、积极、友好、强势、弱势的身份。在进一步的探索中发现:礼貌、体谅、完整、简洁等原则对构建出口商身份以及维护其面子或对方的面子也有很重要的影响。望本研究能帮助人们在英语商务函电中更好地理解国外合作中的话语和正确的表达自己的意图,构建平等、礼貌、积极、客观、独立的出口商身份,并且帮助人们有效沟通,促进人际关系和谐,达成合作。
