摘要

英语电传是目前国际贸易中常用的一种通讯方式。在进行国际间商务活动时，英语电传不仅可以作为传递信息的一种手段，还可作为贸易双方商谈条件、签订合同、履行合同的依据和凭证，为可能发生的纠纷提供法律性依据。英语电传的特点是简洁扼要、灵活多变，给翻译带来较大难度，为此必须采取相应的策略，才能准确而流畅地传达信息，为商务活动的顺利开展创造条件。
