时间管理策略与努力管理策略的相关性研究_英语论文
The Correlation between Time Management and Effort Management in Learning Strategies
摘要
在学习策略中,时间和努力这两种资源的管理策略分别被广泛研究。本研究旨在发现时间管理策略和努力管理策略这两种策略之间的相关性以及它们对成绩的影响。时间管理的分量表是短期计划,时间价值观和长期计划,努力管理策略的分量表是精力,心境,自我谈话,坚持和自我奖励。研究采用的方法有问卷法,测试法和访谈法,共90余名高中学生将会作为被试。研究数据经PASW 18 处理后,将得出相应结论以及教学建议。

Abstract
Time management (TM) and effort management (EM), functioning as important resource managements in learning strategies, have been studied widely and respectively. This study focuses on finding the correlation between TM and EM and the influence that two managements have on students’ performance at school. Short-range planning, time attitudes and long-range planning are adopted as subscales in time management, while attributions to effort, mood, self-talk, persistence and self-reinforcement in effort management. The research employs two questionnaires, one test and an interview as measuring instruments. 90 students in one senior high school are participated in the research. The data is processed by PASW 18 and finally, some conclusions and educational implications are drawn.
