英国翻译家德莱顿曾指出只有诗人才配得上翻译诗歌，揭示了译者身份在翻译活动中的作用。译者的个人经历，语言文化背景以及知识储备等赋予了译者不同的身份，从而使译者具备一定的素养。而这些素养决定着译本的质量 。本文将以赵元任先生翻译的《爱丽丝漫游奇境记》为例，阐述赵元任先生的多元译者身份在语言风格，文学手法以及音韵之美等方面对塑造译本经典性的积极影响。
