摘要

路易莎·梅·奥尔柯特的小说《小妇人》是美国女性文学中的一部长盛不衰的经典。其中马奇太太的教育方式也受到了世人的关注和追捧，她以其在当时人看来十分新潮的教育方式培养出了四个优秀的女儿。马奇太太对女儿们在生活、学习、爱情等各个方面进行了细致、正确的引导和教育，整个小说充满着马奇太太对女儿们的关心和爱护。小说也在女儿们不断出现问题，而马奇太太不断为她们解决问题的过程中一步步发展，最终拥有了一个完美的结局。本论文结合作者路易莎·梅·奥尔科特的亲身经历，主要讨论马奇太太各方面的教育诉求，马奇太太使用的教育方法，以及这种教育方式对她的四个女儿产生的积极影响。

Abstract

Little Women, written by Louisa May Alcott, is very popular among people, which is an autobiographical novel. Mrs. March’s educational way has attracted the world’s attention and admiration. With her educational way which is very fashionable at the time, she brings up four excellent daughters. Mrs. March guides and educates her daughters in almost every aspect of their life, such as study and love, and the whole novel is full of Mrs. March’s care for and love of her daughters. The novel unfolds in such a way that her daughters encounter problems constantly, and Mrs. March solves the problems for them. In the end, everyone has a happy ending. This thesis, combining with Louisa’s personal experience, discusses Mrs. March’s educational pursuit, educational methods and the positive effects of this kind of education on her four daughters.
