摘要

外国纪录片的引入改变了中国人对世界的看法和处理问题的方式。因此，纪录片字幕翻译对人们的生活和思想产生了极大的影响。本文从生态翻译理论的角度考察了《穿越时光的饮食》的英文字幕，并证明了这一理论的有效性。在纪录片翻译中。本文首先介绍了生态翻译环境，生态翻译的基本概念和一些当下有效的翻译方法。然后结合《穿越时光的饮食》的一些实例，分析三维适应性选择原则对中国翻译的影响，重点研究生态翻译理论的三个维度。研究证明，生态翻译理论在文献翻译过程中起着重要作用。通过适应和选择三个维度来帮助中国人更深入地了解其文化，从而有效地诠释字幕中的文化内涵。随着外国纪录片的引入，它们改变了中国人对世界的看法和处理问题的手段。因此，纪录片字幕的翻译对人们的生活和思想产生了很大的影响。
