生态翻译学视角下《我不是潘金莲》字幕翻译浅析_英语论文
An Analysis on Subtitle Translation of I Am Not Madame Bovary from the Perspective of Eco-translatology
摘要
全球化时代中国经济迅速发展,与海外国家之间的文化交流也日益频繁。繁荣的电影产业正是这种文化交流取得的令人满意的成果之一,同时,快速发展的电影产业也强调了字幕翻译的重要性,促使学者们加强对字幕翻译的研究。但是近年来的字幕翻译研究的焦点主要是放在外文电影的汉译上,鲜少有人研究中文电影的英译。《我不是潘金莲》是由冯小刚导演拍摄的一部电影,于2016年上映。故事讲述的是女主人李雪莲为了得到一套房子和丈夫假离婚,谁知离婚后丈夫另娶了他人。李雪莲心生愤懑,开始了长达十多年的申诉。
本文的理论基础来源于胡庚申教授提出的生态翻译学。在生态翻译学中,翻译的过程被视作是译者在生态环境中适应和选择的过程。而在选择的过程中,有三个要素至关重要,即语言、文化和交际要素,也被统称为三维转换。本文以《我不是潘金莲》的字幕翻译为例,指出译者在字幕翻译过程中要适应翻译生态环境的特点,在语言、文化、交际三个维度上做出相对应的转换和选择。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the fast development of China’s economy in the globalized world, the cultural exchanges between China and oversea countries have been relatively frequent. The flourishing film industry is one of the gratifying results, which highlights the importance of subtitle translation. Recently, subtitle translation has drawn much attention from some scholars. But most of them focus on the Chinese translation of foreign films. I Am Not Madame Bovary is a 2016 film directed by Feng Xiaogang, which tells the story of a woman who fakes divorce with her husband in order to get a department. But after the divorce, her husband marries someone else, and the women takes the fight to court.
In the theory of Eco-translatology put by Hu Gengshen, translation is defined as a translator’s adaptive and selective choices during the process of translating in the ecological environment. And the selecting process includes three aspectc—linou)stic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension, which is called three-dimensions. This thesis attempts to study the subtitle translation of filme I Am Not Madame Bovary under the guidance of three-dimensional transformation of Eco-translatology.
