摘要

文化是社会的产物,由于不同的社会和文化背景, 思维方式,价值观念等在中西方之间在存在巨大的差异。而电影是一种表达文化的特方式,分析电影已经成为了解不同地区及国家文化冲突的有效途径。从电影《孙子从美国来》中，观众不仅能中享受娱乐,也能了解了中美文化冲突。本文重点分析美国孙子布鲁克斯和中国爷爷老杨之间的差别,其中包括语言形式、饮食结构和价值观等。此外,本文还涉及一些解决文化冲突的策略，以达到加强跨文化交流，以及在不同文化中寻求平衡的目的。

Abstract

Culture is the product of the society. Due to different social and cultural background, there are great differences in the way of thinking, values and other aspects between east and west. Film is a special way to express culture, and analyzing film becomes an effective way to understand cultural conflicts in different countries and regions. From the film A Grandson from America, audience can not only get the entertainments, but also know the cultural conflicts between China and America. This thesis lays more emphasis on analyzing the differences between American grandson Brooks and Chinese grandfather Yang, including the diet structure, language form and the values. Besides, this thesis also proposes some strategies responding to the cultural conflicts. As a result, people can enhance cross-cultural communication and find a balance in different cultures.
