Toni Morrison is the first black female writer who won The Nobel Prize for Literature. The Bluest Eye, published in 1969, is the first novel of Toni Morrison, which lays foundation on her following works. Toni Morrison criticizes the ponderous oppression to females and nature in American patriarchal society in 1930s through the description of tragic life of a black eleven-year-old girl named Pecola, and reveals that there are tight interrelations between nature and females.
