摘要

基于前人的研究，本文试图通过灾难电影进一步探究中美文化差异。论文首先介绍了文化的定义及其重要性、国内外研究现状及霍夫斯坦德文化维度，其次通过电影《超强台风》和《不惧风暴》中的大量实例，具体分析了在霍夫斯坦德文化维度下,这两部电影中体现出的中美文化差异，包括权力距离、不确定性规避、个人主义与集体主义和男性度与女性度。再次，本文从历史、宗教和思维模式三个方面分析了影响中美文化差异的因素。通过举例、文献研究和对比分析的研究方法，本文旨在让人们更好地了解中美文化差异及其成因，从而帮助人们更有效地促进跨文化交际，避免交际障碍。
