摘要
这些年来,中国的医疗纠纷日甚一日。医患之间的有效沟通是缓解医患冲突、协调医患关系的关键。本文以纪实片《急诊室故事》中的医患会话为数据,通过案例分析法和话语分析法,运用间接言语行为理论和顾曰国的礼貌理论,对中国医患会话进行分析。研究结果表明,礼貌是医患双方实施间接言语行为的主要动机。此外, 影响医患沟通间接言语行为中的礼貌性的因素主要有两个,即权力不平等,以及权利和义务。本研究对重构和谐医患关系具有一定的指导意义。本文的局限性在于以有限且不全面的医患会话语料为代表的案例研究,因此,未来的研究应采用更全面更充分的语料作为研究对象。
