On the Inspirations of Korea E-sports Industrialization to China

摘要

自2003年被列为合法的体育竞技项目至今,电子竞技在一定程度上获得了人们的认可,但产业化发展的道路却一直缓慢而坎坷,相对于欧美西方国家,尤其是近邻韩国,差距更是明显。目前,韩国已实现电子竞技这一新兴体育项目的产业化转型。 事实证明,这一新兴行业的经济效应是可观的,相比于传统行业,具有污染小、能耗低的优点,符合低碳生活的核心理念,同时也有利于国家的经济转型。

本文从国内电子竞技发展的现状入手,对其发展过程中的不足性进行分析,并以电子竞技产业在韩国的成功经验为例,分析其形成原因、发展动力和运行模式,进而提出我国电子竞技未来发展趋势,旨在实现电子竞技运动的持续、健康发展。

Abstract

Since the e-sports has been classified as a legitimate sports competition project in 2013, it is being generally accepted by the public today. But when compared with Europe and the United States, especially with South Korea which has recently achieved a successful transformation as an emerging industry, China still lags far behind. The truth turns out that the economic effect of e-sports industry is considerable, compared with the traditional industries, it has the advantages of less pollution and low energy-consuming, which is in line with the core concept of low-carbon life. Meanwhile, it provides a way for the nation’s economic transformation.

This paper starts with the current situation of e-sports in China and analyses the shortcomings of its development. At the same time, it takes the success of e-sports in South Korea as an example and explores the reasons, driving forces and modes of operation. Consequently, this paper puts forward the future trend of e-sports' development and aims at its the sustained and healthy development.
