Impacts and advantages of social economics brought by progress of technology----taking Artificial Intelligence as an example

摘要

纵观人类历史上每一次生产力的长足进步，无疑都是科技在背后起到推动的作用。科技是第一生产力这一概念也不断被强化。从蒸汽时代开始，以英国为首的西方资本主义国家率先掌握运用新科技，社会经济开始飞速发展，从而走上世界一流强国的道路。

可是在国家繁荣的同时，也带来了人们对新科技的发展替代人类劳动力的担忧。这一情况几乎伴随着每一次科技的变革，如今虽然人工智能对社会经济发展的好处越来越明显，但这种进步也再次为人们所担忧。本文将先分析人类历史上重大科技对当时社会经济所产生的影响入手，借鉴过去人们是怎样不断完善社会机制。从而对比人工智能对生产力发展与对人类劳动力的冲击并论述其对当今社会经济的影响，以及人们是如何看待这一问题及各国政府不同的对策，再对如何正确利用人工智能提出自己的建议。

Abstract

Basically,technology plays great role in the improvement of productivity in history.So the concept of science and technology constitute the primary productive force has been popular among many years.From the start of steam era,Western capitalist countries,which mainly led by Great Britain,making most use of new technology,become several most powerful countries in this world.While the fear of human labor force replaced by automatic machine keeps crying out in each revolution of new technology, even if their countries are getting more and more prosperous.Artificial Intelligence are already starting to affect our work and daily lives.AI is present in all works of lives,like virtual assistants,driver-less cars,supermarket checkouts and detecting fraud in credit and transactions.Disruption caused by AI is inevitable but it is often deeply frightened.The current wave of change,fulled by technological advancement,is no different.However,like generations before us,we must learn to transcend the disruption and thrive in new times.So,how to strike a balance between impacts and benefits to social economics has become the most urgent question to be answered in AI era.I believe humans will not do well if they just merely endure such disruptions.Rather,we can play an active part in shaping our collective future and changing our world in a meaningful and purposeful way.Technology can be a great enabling force that amplifies and empowers people,improves the quality of life for all and opens up opportunities for the underprivileged.That’s why I make this research.
