摘要

人工智能电影作为科幻电影的一个分支，从1927年至今，已发展逾90年。电影中一个又一个鲜明人工智能形象被创作出来。这些人工智能体将未来或将变成乌托邦或将变成敌托邦。在敌托邦中，人权问题尽显。本论文将讨论人工智能电影对人权问题的影响，文中人工智能的权利被认为是合理的，并且人工智能体的人类身份也得到肯定。最终为保证人权以及人工智能的权利的实现，论文从科技、人类自身以及制度规范三方面为人工智能技术的发展提出意见。本文旨在解决人们对因人工智能迅猛发展而出现的人权问题的担忧。

Abstract

As a branch of science fiction film, AI movies have developed for over 90 years since 1927. AI images have been created in movies one after another, which makes the future a utopia or a dystopia. In the dystopia, the problems about human rights are remarkable. This thesis would discuss influences of AI movies in terms of human rights issues. AI rights are perceived as reasonable, and the identity of AI entities as humans is also acknowledged. Finally suggestions are given in order to guarantee human rights and AI rights from the perspectives of science and technology, humans themselves and regulations. The research aims at dispelling the worry of people about human rights due to the accelerating advancement of AI technology.
