摘要

在跨文化交际过程中，因深层的历史、文化、民族、心理等因素引发的文化冲突难以避免，这些冲突与碰撞严重阻碍了跨文化交流。为克服跨文化交际障碍，本文以电影《刮痧》为例，详细探究了跨文化交际中的深层障碍因素和产生根源，并提出了相应的解决策略。不同于传统研究对纯语言差异的分析，文章认为，成见和文化定势、文化中心主义、心理因素以及思维方式和价值观念的差异是导致跨文化冲突和障碍的根源。加强不同文化间的相互了解，求同存异，避免文化中心主义以及加强对外交流的人员文化培训是应对跨文化交际障碍的有效方法。
