摘要
“一带一路”倡议的广泛覆盖和我国政府的大力支持为我国企业发展国外市场,促进自身发展提供了巨大的机遇。跨文化是指两种或以上的不同文化相互融合或对立的交叉文化。跨文化沟通可以为我国与沿线的外国企业提供有效的交流和合作方式。由于历史和文化的差异,两者在交流中会出现诸如信息传达上的误解,组织管理上的差异等问题,甚至会产生贸易冲突。针对这些问题,我国企业可以从企业内部和企业之间两个方面进一步探究更合理有效的解决方式——在企业内部尊重差异,尊重人才,开展跨文化培训,培育良好的企业文化等等;在企业之间,构建跨文化沟通平台,组织促进友谊的活动,以及建立贸易争端解决机制,来给予中国企业在“走出去”过程中更多的启示,制定有效策略,进而加深与国外企业的合作,实现共赢,进一步促进“一带一路”战略的发展。
