On the Application of Delivery – Related Incoterms in International Trade Contracts

摘要：国际商会于2010年制定了《国际贸易术语解释通则2010》，其中包含了11个国际贸易术语，规定了一系列货物交付的规则，明确了买卖双方的权利和义务。针对国际贸易中常见的货物交付问题，本文详细阐释了《国际贸易术语解释通则2010》中的11个贸易术语，试图让从业者或者相关人员更好地了解贸易规则，并提出可供借鉴的措施，以避免在国际贸易中因术语误读误用造成损失。

Abstract: The International Chamber of Commerce published the current version of Incoterms in 2010, stipulating a series of rules to define the buyer’s and seller’s rights and obligations. Altogether 11 trade terms are included in Incoterms 2010, aiming to solve some recurrent problems concerning the delivery of the goods, in a hope to eliminate the common misunderstandings of international traders. This paper, by clarifying the 11 international trade terms in Incoterms 2010 specifically, offers some practical suggestions for avoiding unnecessary mistakes and the relevant loss owing to the misunderstanding and misuse of the trade terms.
