摘要

模糊语言是指外延不确定、内涵无定指的特性语言。模糊语在医患交际中被广泛使用，医生和患者都会因为某些原因而使用模糊语言来达到一定的目的，并且它们在不同的场景下有着不同的作用。正确恰当使用模糊语可以减少医患会话中的言语冲突，从而营造医患之间的和谐环境。文章选取《豪斯医生》中的案例并运用相关语用学理论，如格莱斯的合作原则分别从医生和患者的角度分析了他们使用模糊语的不同动机，阐述了模糊语产生的不同的语用功能。
