摘要

“期待视野”是接受美学理论的核心概念之一，指读者基于自己的审美经验和阅读经验对文学作品产生的期待。本文主要以“期待视野”为理论基础，摘取《散文108篇》中汉语散文的英译实例，分析得出了有关汉语散文英译的启发。即在语言层面上，译者应关注词语的选择和调整散文译文的句式；在文化层面上，译者应考虑目的读者的期待，在翻译中传递源语的文化信息以实现文化对等；在美学价值层面上，翻译散文首先要理解散文中意象的涵义，并最大程度重现意境美和韵律美。本研究对期待视野的角度进行了细化，目的是为散文英译提供更具体有意义的指导，具有重要的理论意义。

Abstract

“Horizon of Expectation” is one of core concepts of Aesthetics Theory, referring to readers’ expectations for literary works based on their own aesthetic experience and reading experience. This thesis mainly studies the English translation of Chinese prose in Anthology Chinese and English Prose from Horizon of Expectation and draws a conclusion about prose translation. In conclusion, at the linguistic level, the translator should choose the words properly and adjust the sentence structures; From the perspective of cultural expectation, the translator should express cultural information of source text to achieve cultural equivalence; At the level of aesthetic value, translating prose must firstly understand the meaning of imagery and then reproduce the beauty of imagery and rhythm to a great extent. This study refines Horizon of Expectation theory, aiming to provide a specific and meaningful guidance for prose translation, which is of important theoretical significance.
