摘要 

随着当今世界经济交流不断密切，各国的文化也开始互相碰撞，最常见的形式就是各国影视作品的引入与传出。此时影视作品的字幕翻译就对一个国家、一个民族的文化传播起着绝对性的作用。非源语言观众除了屏幕中演员的演技和音乐，几乎完全是通过影视作品的字幕来感受、理解作品中的含义。字幕的翻译，尤其是对其中文化负载词的翻译就显得格外重要。早有许多学者通过对大量影视作品的字幕翻译进行分析，他们从不同角度出发，针对字幕翻译时出现的诸多问题提出了不同的应对的方法。

影视作品的字幕翻译受到多方面的影响因素，其中包括影视作品的风格、剧情、剧中角色性格，另外有字幕的时间、空间限制，还有美剧字幕中包含的文化负载词等等。本文以《生活大爆炸（第一季）》为例，结合字幕本身特质对字幕翻译的制约与文化负载词本身特点带来的翻译困难，对美剧字幕中文化负载词的英汉翻译进行进一步的策略研究。

本文选取了人人字幕组的字幕翻译为研究对象，按照奈达对文化负载词文化因素的分类方法，将文化负载词分成了五大类：生态文化负载词、物质文化负载词、社会文化负载词、宗教文化负载词和语言文化负载词。本文通过列表统计的方法，结合数据对《生活大爆炸（第一季）》中的文化负载词进行分类探讨，总结归纳翻译策略的同时，对字幕翻译的改良提出建议。
