The Function of Etiquette in Business Negotiation
摘要:随着全球经济的快速发展,国际、企业间的交流日益频繁,因此,商业活动也日益增多,日益频繁。在商务活动中,商务谈判是最基本的环节之一,它的好坏直接影响着商务交易的成功与否。在谈判中以礼待人,不仅能塑造组织形象,提高办事效率,体现个人的道德水准和教养尺度,而且还会对谈判对手的思想、情感产生一定程度的影响。本文从商务礼仪在商务谈判中的作用出发,旨在说明商务礼仪的重要性,以提高交易的成功性。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, exchanges in international countries and enterprises have become more frequent. Therefore, business activities are also increasing. In business activities, business negotiation is one of the most basic chains, which directly influences the success of business transactions. We should treat others with gift in the negotiations. This not only shape the image of the organization, improve the efficiency, embody their own education and quality, but also have a certain degree of influence on the idea and emotion of negotiator. This article, from the role of business etiquette in business negotiation, aims to explain the importance of business etiquette to improve the transaction.

Introduction
With the increasing internationalization of domestic trade, business negotiation is becoming more frequent, and business negotiation etiquette is becoming more important. Although compliance with negotiation etiquette is not a necessary condition for successful negotiation, it must not be violated. Therefore, business negotiation must abide by the negotiation protocol. This thesis analyses the aftereffects of lacking etiquette in business negotiation, then shows the importance of etiquette in business negotiation. Afterwards, it introduces different etiquette in different stages during business negotiation in detail to manifest etiquette’s function.
