摘要

联合国报告作为联合国官方刊物，对维护世界和平、促进人类发展具有重要的促进作用。联合国教科文组织发布的《2019年全球教育监测报告摘要》首次深入探讨了世界各地的移徙问题，就移民者和难民两项全球协定的落实提出了教育方面的建议，呼吁各国将教育作为解决移徙和流离失所等问题的工具，具有广泛的积极话语意义。因此，本研究选取该文本为例，通过自建微型语料库，运用评价理论对该文本进行积极话语分析，结合大量的语料实例进行量化论证，探索其如何传递积极话语意义。本研究发现：① 态度系统、介入系统和级差系统在语篇的分布呈现相互交融性和不均衡性，态度系统、介入系统的高频率使用强化积极态度的表达。② 以有效的判断资源、接纳资源、语势资源为主，以否认资源、公告资源、情感资源、聚焦资源为辅的语言运用，强化了语篇话语的积极意义及其客观性、权威性、包容性和真实性。本研究在扩展积极话语分析研究范围的同时，也能为相关语篇的英汉互译提供理论参考。
