A Comparative Study of the Irony Art in Movies from the Perspective of Speech Act Theory_英语论文
摘要
众所周知, 不同国家的电影所采用的艺术表现技巧因文化差异差别较大。因此, 非母语观众在赏析外国电影时有一定的难度。基于此背景, 本研究从言语行为理论角度出发, 从宏观反讽言语行为和微观反讽言语行为两个方面对英国经典反讽短剧《黑镜·国歌》和中国反讽电影代表《背靠背, 脸对脸》进行反讽艺术比较, 以揭示中西电影反讽艺术的异同。研究发现, 从宏观反讽言语行为角度看,社会环境和文化背景有助非母语观众外国反讽电影的赏析;英语社会阶层以及中西电影风格是影响各种微观反讽言语行为在中西电影中所占比重的重要因素。该研究不仅可以为非母语观众鉴赏外国电影提供更加全面的视角, 帮助其更好的理解影视剧中人物之间的交流和关系, 还为后来的相关研究提供崭新的思路和视角。

Abstract
As we all know, the strategy or technique employed in the artistic expression of a movie can be different from countries to countries due to the cultural difference. So, not all local audience can fully appreciate a foreign movie. Under such circumstance, this thesis conducts a comparative study on the irony art of British film Black Mirror Anthem and Chinese film Back to Back, Face to Face from the macro angle and micro angle to reveal the similarities and differences between Chinese and English irony art. The study finds out that from macro ironic speech act perspective, social context and cultural background should be included to better appreciate foreign ironic films; social class and movie styles of different cultures are the major causes contributing to the different proportions of micro ironic speech acts. This research does not only provide a more comprehensive angle for appreciation of non-native audience, better understanding of the communication and relationship between the characters in the films, but also shed light for future relevant researches.
