摘要 

美国经典喜剧《生活大爆炸》自2007年开播以来，以其无处不在的幽默为观众带来了无数的欢笑，得到了英语爱好者和观众的广大好评。本文以格莱斯的合作原则为理论分析工具，选取《生活大爆炸》中的对话为语料，对例子中会话含义的产生进行了深入的剖析，让读者更好的理解会话含义是如何产生的。本文采用的是例证和分析相结合的研究方法，并且作者得出以下结论：在所选的例子中，违反合作原则的频率由低到高的顺序依次是：质量准则，方式准则，数量准则和关系准则。
