摘要 

作为文学作品的一个重要类型，儿童文学作品有其独特的特点和目标读者。近几年来，儿童文学作品的研究也得到了广泛的关注。

翻译目的论是功能派理论的一个重要分支，为儿童文学作品的翻译提供一个全新的视角。翻译目的论中含有三个重要的的原则：目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则。在翻译过程中，译者需要遵循这三个原则来进行翻译，使其符合目标读者的习惯。

翻译目的论是一种有目的的行为理论，而儿童文学作品的翻译具有较明显的目的性，所以翻译目的论适用于儿童文学作品的翻译。本文以德国功能主义目的论为理论基础，以苏格兰作家詹姆斯·马修·巴里的《彼得潘》为例，分析任溶溶和杨静远的译版，结合目的语的读者——儿童的接受能力，通过浅析目的论在作品翻译中的应用，旨在论证如何在目的论的指导下提高儿童文学作品的翻译水平，并吸引更多学者关注儿童文学翻译这一领域。
