摘要
企业的任何一项工作开始之前,都离不开决策,决策是一个慎重选择的过程,决策还需要赢得员工们的认同。决策是领导学的一个重要的点,面对企业的一系列问题,领导者需要快速有效地做出决策,而作为公共决策工具的“三圈理论”,对领导进行决策具有很大的借鉴意义。一个领导者的领导力,感召力,决断力和协同力在企业各个系统和机制中有着重要的作用,必须有基本的决策理论的支撑,不断提高自身的领导力,努力提高管理的能力。三圈理论,作为领导者战略管理的分析工具,提供了简明精炼的思维框架,构建了价值、能力、支持三要素分析框架,突出强调了领导决策与执行的相关性、价值判断的根本性与创新的重要性,丰富了现代领导科学的内容。企业决策过程中,必须首先考虑决策的价值,并以此为前提构建能力,为决策的执行提供基础性的保障。其次,任何决策的执行,都依赖于利益相关者的支持。本文拟以价值、能力和支持构建的三圈理论为指导,探讨如何提高企业决策的科学性和可靠性。
