A Pragmatic Study of Conflict talk in Sina Microblog_英语论文

摘要

冲突在人们的社交生活中随处可见。由于每个人世界观、价值观以及对待同一事件的不同态度，或者因为个人性格、生活习惯或者其他一些具体的不同，在言语交谈的过程中交谈主体之间出现了越来越多的话语不合作现象，这种现象也被叫做“冲突性话语”。如何去避免冲突，甚至去解决冲突来达到语言和人际关系的和谐这一话题得到了越来越多的研究和关注。因此，对冲突性话语的研究变得越来越重要，逐渐成为现代社会语言学和语用学，尤其是社会语用学中的一个重要主题。

本课题主要以新浪微博为语料来源，对其中发生的冲突性话语语料进行描写。采用会话分析法，分析话语性冲突其开始、展开和结束的三个阶段，考察在开放的网络环境下，冲突性话语的语言形式、语用功能及语用策略，以期达到对计算机介入交流语境中冲突性话语的特点进行较为系统且全面分析的目的。

Abstract

Conflict is widespread in people's social life. Due to the differences of personal worldview, values as well as the different interests on the same thing, or because of personal character, lifestyle and other specific differences, non-cooperative phenomenon occurs frequently between interlocutors in the process of verbal communication, which is also called “conflict talk”. And how to avoid conflict, how to resolve conflict in order to achieve language and interpersonal harmony have attracted more and more attention and research. Therefore, the study of the conflict talk becomes more and more important, and gradually becomes one of the important subjects of contemporary sociolinguistics and pragmatics, especially social pragmatics. 

Therefore, we attempt to use conversation analysis as our study methods to study the conflict talk with the abundant materials collecting from Sina microblog. The transcript is an exact copy of the conversation that took place within Sina microblog. This paper explains how conflict talk is started, developed and what are the main resolutions. Meanwhile, It explores the linguistic forms, pragmatic functions and pragmatic strategies of conflict talk in an open network environment, in order to achieve a better understanding of the characteristics of conflict talk in the context of computer-mediated communication.
