摘要

基于奈达的功能对等理论，本文主要对字幕翻译这一领域进行探讨。本文从语言和文化层面两个角度出发，将奈达的功能对等理论应用于《摩登家庭》的字幕翻译，从中选出一些具有代表性的例子，进行实例分析。通过分析，本文总结出字幕翻译中常使用的策略，包括意译、归化、省略、加注等。本文最后指出，功能对等理论能够有效指导字幕翻译，并为以后的影视作品翻译提供借鉴。
