摘要 

改革开放后，中国向世界开放门户，国内经济蓬勃发展，其取得的成就让世界为之震惊，现已成为世界第二大经济体。在这期间，中外合资企业发展迅猛，为中国经济发展注入了新的活力。

然而，中外合资企业在合作与发展过程中，由于双方文化的难以融合，中外管理人员往往会由于文化差异产生冲突和摩擦，在人力资源管理（人员选拔、人员培训、人员绩效等）上，亦是如此。本文以中外合资企业中人力资源管理的文化差异为研究对象，遵从理论联系实际的研究方法,运用文化差异相关理论，以案例分析人力资源管理中的具体文化差异，并列出其对人力资源管理的影响。本文得出中外企业的人力资源管理者们经常遇到文化差异引发的管理难题，人力资源管理文化差异与企业持续发展息息相关的结论。本文力求解析该类企业人力资源管理中的文化差异，提出解决文化差异的建设性意见，为该类企业的人力资源管理者们提供一种更科学、更特别的管理方法和观察视角。
