作为上世纪的一名意识流小说代表作家，弗吉尼亚•伍尔芙将第一次世界大战后的英国为背景，创作了代表作《达洛维夫人》，时间观是她写作中的重要特征，小说中充分体现了个人心里时间和外部客观时间的关系。在创作中，伍尔夫融入了自己的文学观点，运用意识流手法，深化了主题思想，达到了形式与思想的高度统一。哲学家伯格森提出来的延绵主义学说，打破了传统的线性时间观，为研究《达洛维夫人》提供了理论基础，因此，本文将从伯格森的延绵主义学说出发，分析小说中时间观的表现形式，探索女主人公的自我意识。
