摘要 

高中教育的目的不仅是给学生提供自由发展的空间、提高学生的学习成绩，更应当使学生变成独立、完整、健全的人。但是目前中国的高中教育却存在一些问题，比如相对其它而言，教师更注重学生的学习成绩。每个学生都是集体中的一员，但同时也是具有不同个性的独立个体，只有当其个人思想、心理的发展得到关注，才能健康全面的发展。针对此类现象，研究者本着发展的理念对高中教育的发展进行了一定的研究。本研究在全面阐释霍夫斯泰德的五个文化维度的基础上，以两部反应中美高中学习生活、高中生思想的电视剧《绯闻女孩》和《十八岁的天空》为素材，分析两国高中教育各自的特点。经分析研究，本文得出结论：两国文化价值取向的不同，导致高中教育的模式和理念的差异。《十八岁的天空》体现出“隐性教育”在高中教育中对学生产生的不可估量的潜移默化的作用和意义。《绯闻女孩》展现的是美国的精英教育理念，强调学生的综合素质的提升。因此，在高中教育中，我们不妨各取其长，在“隐性教育”过程中，关注学生的综合素质和能力发展。
