摘要

随着改革开放的进一步发展，中国与其他国家的贸易越来越频繁。因此，外贸函电作为外贸活动中重要的角色之一，常常被用来建立和维持紧密和友好的关系。许多的商务活动通过外贸函电的自身内容来实现。比如与新客户建立联系。每一封外贸函电都是发件人和收件人交换信息的方式。因此，了解商务沟通的艺术性，和有效翻译外贸函电具有重大意义。然而，到目前为止，在外贸函电语用学方面的研究甚少。该论文意图在合作原则理论的基础上讨论外贸函电的翻译。
