The Cultivation of Students’ Intercultural Communicative Awareness in Business English Teaching_英语论文
摘要
随着全球化进程的进一步深化,中国作为WTO成员国之一,与世界各国的经济交往越来越频繁。为了适应国际竞争的需要,中国需要大量熟悉商务领域专业知识同时又具备跨文化意识以及跨文化交际能力的复合型人才,这对英语教学,尤其是商务英语教学带来了前所未有的挑战。在传统的外语教学中,大多高校教师重视学生语法词汇方面的学习,却忽视了商务背景下跨文化意识的培养,从而导致了学生的商务英语学习效果不够理想。国际贸易中的许多失败案例也说明这种跨文化意识的缺乏,因此如何增强学生的跨文化意识,培养跨文化交际能力是很紧迫的任务。
