The Effect of Business Etiquette in Business English Negotiation_英语论文
摘要
随着中国经济的发展, 我国许多企业都逐步与外商建立合作关系,而商务礼仪作为必不可少的沟通形式在商务英语谈判中起到关键的作用。虽然许多商务人员掌握较为丰富的谈判技巧与策略,但是却由于缺乏商务礼仪,给外商造成不良的印象,从而没能达成合作。本文的目的旨在说明商务礼仪的重要性,首先主要概述了商务礼仪与商务英语谈判各自的含义,特征及原则,然后通过案例的形式阐述了商务礼仪在谈判中的重要作用,使读者更有效的了解在任何一场谈判中成功或失败取决于细小的礼仪体现。最后,做出总结,希望商务人员能更好地掌握和运用商务礼仪,在谈判中规范自身的行为举止,减少误会和失误,赢得更多的商机和成功。
