The Basic Features of Business Negotiation Language_英语论文
摘要
在经济活动和商务交往日益频繁的背景下,企业和商家的商业活动正在大量发生,通过商务谈判的方式取得多方共识,以商务谈判的方式维护自身利益,用商务谈判的手段来实现交往已经成为当今经济与商务活动的主体性方式。同时,成功的商务谈判也会显示出双方语言运用的特色。在商务谈判中,除了流程、形态、技术等外部因素,语言是商务谈判的重要部分。通过语言可以有效传达商务谈判双方的观点,实现商务谈判主体间意见的交流。因此,商务谈判语言的有效应用对商务谈判的成功与否有着举足轻重的价值和作用。本文主要探讨国际商务谈判语言的基本特点:规范性,论辩性,模糊性,暗示性,幽默性和策略性并且讨论谈判语言表达的若干方法和技巧。运用语言艺术来实现对商务谈判环境的营建,以更加积极、和谐、友善的氛围,为商务谈判的成功打下基础,形成对商务活动更为有效的支持。
