摘要

语言学家对传统商务英语信函的研究成果丰硕，相比之下，商务英语电子邮件的研究难度更高，因为将商务英语电子邮件的特点考虑在内时，比如简单化、灵活性、个性化和功能化等，研究难度不断增加。而且商务英语电子邮件的体裁在不断变化，同一类型体裁在不同时间和阶段会表现出不同的特性。到目前为止，商务英语电子邮件体裁分析存在以下问题：商务英语电子邮件体裁分析不够全面，过分注重理论，缺乏实践。语言语法局限的研究范围和匮乏的语篇调查研究，又给研究这种新兴的商务沟通方式增加了难题。本研究主要采用文献研究法来分析商务英语电子邮件体裁。通过收集信息，寻找使用合适的语言和写作技巧来实现商务英语电子邮件的沟通目的。本文深入分析商务英语电子邮件的体裁、语言特色及写作技巧。通过此研究，帮助商业人士在商务活动中更高效地使用电子邮件。
