A Study of Non-equivalence in Business English Translation_英语论文
摘要
随着全球化进程的深入和科学技术的突飞猛进,不同文化之间的交流变得日益频繁,翻译工作也变得日趋重要。然而,由于文化背景的不同,人们经常在跨文化交际和翻译方面碰壁。自中国加入WTO以来,中国对外贸易活动已经渗透到各行各业,商务沟通日益频繁。遗憾的是,人们一直认为商务英语语言严谨直白,只要掌握了一定的商务英语知识和英汉两种语言就可以胜任翻译,却忽略了对商务英语翻译的研究。针对这一现象,笔者试图通过阐释文化因素在翻译中的普遍性及英汉商务翻译中各种不对等现象,提出相应的翻译策略,以促进商务英语翻译理论与实践。
