随着经济全球化的发展，各个国家之间的贸易往来也越来越频繁。因此，商务英语的运用也越来越广泛。商务英语----普通英语的功能变体，现代商务英语具备五大特点：完整，正确，简洁，具体和清晰。于是，翻译者需要懂得商务英语的特点及商务英语翻译的特点，了解商务英语翻译中普遍存在的问题，熟识商务相干专业知识，掌握商务英语知识，在商务英语翻译中遵循“忠实”与“变通”的翻译原则，并采取相应对策, 这对做好商务英语翻译是非常重要的。
