摘要

从二十世纪开始，因劳动、资本的迁移衍生了大量的亚裔移民族群，他们在异质文化中不断产生文化身份认同的焦虑感，又在新环境中重新面临自我审视与自我重塑，在“脱离”与“融入”之间构建身份意识。美籍华裔作家伍绮诗是香港移民的第二代，她的作品大多关注亚裔及少数族群如何融入美国社会，既有眷恋家乡的特征，也反映了亚裔族群在美国社会中的身份困境。《无声告白》是伍绮诗耗时六年创作的长篇小说，小说以第三人称的视角，由亚裔女孩莉迪亚的死亡为引线，挖掘了离散家庭的身份危机与边缘化。本文通过研究斯图尔特·霍尔族裔离散理论中的“三个存在”，剖析《无声告白》中亚裔美籍主人公产生文化身份构建的动态过程。“非洲存在”强调母族历史对文化身份的建构，“欧洲存在”是离散族群融入主流社会但失败的尝试，“美洲存在”即“新世界存在”探讨了文化融合与重塑的过程。通过这一线索，文章揭示了文化身份“构建-困境与反思-重构”的过程及成因。最后本文将在文化与历史语境下，探讨文化身份构建过程与离散主人公悲剧的本质联系，为移民、难民、离散族群的身份研究提供一定的参考价值。
