摘要 

“以人为本”在越来越多的企业管理中成为核心要旨。企业重视员工,因而重视激励。激励:激发人的积极性,主动性,创造性,也将成为企业管理的核心。员工的工作态度和工作效率很大程度上取决于激励政策的实施。企业根据员工实际需求,制定规范合理的激励政策,员工才能充分发挥积极性,保证较高的工作绩效。采用文献法,以马斯洛层次需求理论为基础,通过真实的案例,分析马斯洛需求理论在企业管理中的实际应用和作用,为企业制定激励政策提供个人的建议和看法。
