摘要

在语音识别和机器翻译的助力下，机器口译技术近年来已经有所发展并出现了一些设备，但机器口译设备目前尚无法脱离人工干预，独立完成口译工作，这一局面在很长一段时间内都无法改变。但在某些方面，机器的表现却确实胜过人工，比如术语、数字及单位的处理。如果能够合理利用机器的文本处理功能，为译员提供笔记的辅助，就可以使译员将节约的精力投入到译文质量的提高上。

因此，本论文总结了当前机器翻译、机器辅助翻译、机器口译、机器辅助口译领域的研究成果，并对未来机助口译的方法和设备等作出展望和预期，主要是利用自动语音识别技术和术语管理技术来辅助口译。

本文随后介绍了一款由作者自主设计的系统，称为口译员专用自动笔记本。本系统主要采用自动语音识别技术、术语库、术语提取程序，先将源语语音信号转换成文本，再提取其中的术语，以供口译员参考。本系统旨在提高口译准确率，同时增强译员信心，更好地进行口译

最后本文总结机助口译的未来发展趋势。
